R&R Adds New Broker to Nebraska Division

2/1/2022 - R&R Realty Group is pleased to announce the arrival of Cooper Wilson to the growing brokerage arm of its Nebraska division.

Cooper joins R&R after spending more than three years in Omaha’s commercial real estate brokerage industry. In his new role, Cooper will be responsible for managing the office and industrial leasing across R&R’s Nebraska portfolio. In addition to leasing activities, Cooper will assist with business development, acquisitions, third-party representation and property management efforts.

“We’re pleased to have Cooper join our team here in Omaha,” remarked Mike Homa, President of R&R’s Nebraska Division. “Cooper is a strong addition and joins us at a critical time as our Nebraska division is experiencing significant interest and growth in both our office and warehouse developments. He will be a great asset and contribute to our success.”

Cooper is a 2018 graduate of Creighton University’s Heider College of Business, where he received a double major in finance and marketing. Outside of the office, he is actively involved as a board member for the Mount Michael Alumni Association, a member of several economic development advisory groups within Omaha’s Chamber of Commerce, and volunteers as a youth soccer coach.

An avid athlete, you can usually find Cooper playing a variety of sports, including golf and soccer. Off the field, he enjoys international travel and has visited more than eight different countries in the past several years.
