Kaduce Named to CRE Hall of Fame

3/3/2022 - Please join us in congratulating Adam Kaduce on his induction in the 2021 class of Midwest Real Estate News’ Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame! Adam is in great company as he joins other R&R inductees including Dan Rupprecht (2014), Paul Rupprecht (2020) and Chris Curran (2016).

A bit about Adam:

Adam Kaduce is Managing Director and Senior Vice President at R&R Real Estate Advisors, a subsidiary of R&R Realty Group. In his role, Adam oversees leasing in R&R’s 8 million square foot portfolio of office, industrial, retail, and land and manages a team of 6 commercial real estate professionals. Adam began his career at R&R Realty Group as an intern while attending Drake University and has worked as a broker for 10 years. During his career, Adam has worked with clients ranging from solo business owners to some of the world’s largest companies and completed over $100 million in lease transactions.

Adam is active in his community. He holds his Society of Industry and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation and serves as the Iowa/Nebraska chapter president. He also serves as president of his local community foundation, Endow Urbandale, and completed an interim term on the Urbandale City Council. At Drake University, Adam chairs the board of the college of business and public administration. He has been selected as the Best Commercial Real Estate broker by the Des Moines Business Record and Broker of the Year by the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association. Adam is a graduate of Leadership Iowa and the Greater Des Moines Leadership Institute.
