Chris’ focus is providing leadership in creating and implementing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy for R&R’s office properties. Additionally, He has provided tenant representation and brokerage services for a variety of clients. A successful relationship builder and pragmatic problem solver, Chris has worked with several top local, regional and national companies and organizations to find creative, strategic and economically beneficial solutions for their real estate needs.

About Maria:

Born and raised in Des Moines, I have built strong relationships both personally and professionally in this community.

With over 25 years of successful sales, I spent many years in marketing, advertising, and media sales. In 2005, I had an opportunity in residential real estate and earned “Rookie of the Year” and Circle of Excellence by Des Moines Area Association of Realtors. During the downturn of the economy, I kept my real estate license but had an opportunity to join the Des Moines Business Record in a sales capacity for over 6 years, helping kick off the CRE Weekly enewsletter and transitioning the Real Estate quarterly newspaper into the Annual Real Estate Magazine. The taste of Commercial Real Estate was so intriguing that I decided to move into the commercial side of real estate. Joining R&R Realty as a commercial broker in 2018 has been an exciting and fun journey. R&R Realty encourages and lifts me to be the best in my business, while also allowing me to contribute back to my community, which is very important to me.

About Mark:

Mark came to R&R following a successful career in the world of insurance, most notably as a territory manager for Progressive. He also has an entrepreneurial streak, formerly co-owning the first Rusty Taco location in Iowa. Mark says this experience uniquely helps him understand the needs of small business owners. When not at work you can usually find Mark spending time with his extended family, watching or playing sports, and trying to find a unique restaurant or hotel.

About Jonny:

After beginning his career as a consultant in the insurance industry, Jonny made the switch to his first love – Real estate. Working for Keller Williams in the Des Moines market, Jonny successfully helped a wide variety of people find their dream home. Then the commercial real estate world came calling. Using his experience as a corporate consultant, Jonny taps into his business knowledge, along with his understanding of the commercial real estate market to help his clients find the perfect space for them. For his efforts in 2018, Jonny was named R&R’s “Rising Star” broker.

Grant’s passion for community and helping others to grow, aligns with R&R’s core values and is evident when he is assisting clients.
