The Warehouse Market Continues to Heat Up

7/11/2022 - Throughout the past several years, the warehouse market in both Des Moines and Omaha has continued to grow. Developers like R&R Realty Group have been meeting the unprecedented demand with new warehouse parks like R&R Commerce Park in Omaha and Prairie Business Park in Grimes, a northern suburb of Des Moines. Add to that recent activity, Center Pointe Business Park. A new development in Urbandale, another suburb of Des Moines, Center Pointe currently features a Casey’s convenience store and a Unity Point Health clinic. Currently under construction is the first warehouse in the western portion of the park.
