R&R Realty Group Announces Award Winners at Annual Luncheon
2/19/2025 — At R&R Realty Group (R&R), we take pride in recognizing the hard work, dedication, and leadership of our exceptional team members. During our annual awards luncheon, we celebrated individuals who have made outstanding contributions to our company over the past year.
Chris Curran was recognized with the Top Producer Award and Rainmaker Award for his efforts in growing the portfolio and delivering results. He and Jonny Bosworth also received the Largest Deal Award for their work on a major transaction in 2024.
The Dale Parrish Coaching & Leadership Award was presented to Tami Schott for setting a strong example and fostering a positive team environment. Lucas Neitzel was recognized with the Customer Service Award for his ability to assist customers, owners, and coworkers with a helpful and professional approach. Nico Nastasi received the Efficiency & Production Award for stepping up to improve processes and support the team.
The Bright Idea Award was given to Caleb Christiansen, Connor Gaszak, and Kirby Nelson for bringing a fresh idea that made a meaningful impact. The Project of the Year Award was presented to the team behind the Arcadia Redevelopment for their collaboration and dedication. Team members included Ryan Eddy, Katie Elder, Tiffiny Gaskill, Josh Davis, Alissa Nelson, Amy Levenhagen, Mark Sabers, Keith Ott, Kelly Perkins, Kara Sinnard, John Spinner, Jeremy Shepherd, Scott Cooley, and Ryan Keeney.
