New Year; New Team Members

1/3/2024 - We’re thrilled to announce the addition of two outstanding professionals to our brokerage team; Colton Rupprecht & Nathan Rupprecht.  They bring a wealth of diverse experiences and a shared passion for excellence in the commercial real estate business.

Colton Rupprecht joins us with a solid foundation built across four years in the insurance and technology industry. He is a proud graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in Marketing. Colton finds joy in family time that includes watching Iowa State football and basketball  and golfing. Colton’s eagerness to learn and cultivate relationships in the CRE industry will make him a great asset to the team and we are excited about the fresh perspectives he brings.

Nathan Rupprecht, also an Iowa State alumnus, holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and is currently pursuing a master’s in real estate development. Nathan’s previous role was in the commercial division of the banking industry and has equipped him with invaluable insights.. Like Colton, Nathan’s downtime revolves around supporting Iowa State sports and perfecting his golf game. Nathan’s mission at R&R Realty Group is to collaborate with clients and provide tailored solutions to their real estate needs.
