R&R Realty Group Announces Leadership Promotions for Jenny Livingston and Mike Herrmann

1/27/25 - R&R Realty Group (R&R) is excited to announce the promotion of Jenny Livingston to Vice President, Human Resources, and Mike Herrmann to President, Advantage Property Management. These promotions reflect R&R’s continued commitment to strengthening its leadership team and ensuring continued growth across all divisions of the company. 

Livingston, who previously served as Senior Vice President of Tenant Relations, brings more than 20 years of experience in property management. Throughout her career, she’s built a strong track record of engaging teams at all levels, from property managers to maintenance staff. Her work on internal initiatives has fostered a collaborative environment, making her well-suited to take on the responsibilities of overseeing human resources. In her new role, Livingston will leverage her expertise in team engagement and operational efficiency to shape HR strategies that drive employee development and support the company’s growth.

Meanwhile, Herrmann, who has been with R&R for 18 years as Senior Vice President of Finance & Business Development, will now take on the role of President of Advantage Property Management. He has been instrumental in managing operating budgets, overseeing vendor contracts, and handling customer expenses. In his new role, Herrmann will lead the operations of Advantage Property Management, ensuring cost-effective services for customers and property owners while maintaining high service standards.
