Case Study: MD West ONE
In 2021, R&R Realty Group and MD West ONE partnered on a brand-new, build-to-suit facility for the Omaha-based medical practice. The growing group of orthopedic, neurological and musculoskeletal experts needed space where they could house advanced equipment and technology in a convenient location for their patients.
The result is a 38,000-square-foot medical office building at R&R’s Fountain Ridge Office Park located off 192nd Street at West Dodge Road on Omaha’s west side. The process began in 2021 with site selection and roughly 16 months later, the building was delivered. By February of 2023, the doctors of MD West ONE were seeing patients in their new space.
