1/17/2024 - Interior light fixtures, check. Interior HVAC and plumbing rough, check. Dock levelers and overhead doors, check. Prairie Tower Warehouse is scheduled for substantial completion mid-February, and is well on its way to reaching this milestone.

12/21/2023 - Construction crews are finishing up the interior concrete floors and the exterior concrete paving, parking, and sidewalks. Also in works are electrical and mechanical systems.

11/2/2023 - Construction of Prairie Tower Warehouse is continuing to advance as the warehouse now has fresh paint on the exterior, while the inside is making rapid progress, paving the way for the upcoming installation of overhead doors.

10/2/2023 - Concrete paving is now underway on the north and east sides of Prairie Tower Warehouse I. Additionally, the installation of structural steel is currently in progress, marking significant advancements in the development of Prairie Tower Business Park’s first warehouse. This build is well on its way to a Summer 2024 completion date!
